Engine leasing specialist BeauTech Power Systems has finalized the acquisition of four Embraer E175 aircraft, previously managed by aviation asset manager Altavair. The aircraft remain on lease with LOT Polish Airlines, ensuring continued operational stability.
Stefanie Jung, BeauTech’s Senior Vice President and Head of Global Acquisitions, described the deal as a milestone in the company’s evolving platform. “While our expertise has traditionally centered on mid to end-of-life engine asset management, this acquisition of leased aircraft showcases our capacity to secure premium assets through flexible structures involving active aircraft,” Jung said.
Clive Bowen, Director of Trading at Altavair, praised the transaction’s professionalism: “This was a well-structured deal executed with a highly capable counterparty. We appreciated BeauTech’s constructive engagement throughout and look forward to future collaborations.”
Under the terms of the acquisition, BeauTech has taken over all existing lease and servicing obligations tied to the current agreements with LOT Polish Airlines. This move highlights BeauTech’s expanding proficiency in managing complex acquisition transactions and strengthens its position as a preferred partner in the commercial aircraft leasing sector.
